Estab­li­shing deve­lo­p­ment goals and dra­wing up a fea­si­bi­li­ty stu­dy – in coope­ra­ti­on with ifau architekten.

We estab­lish the deve­lo­p­ment goals for a school befo­re it is about to reno­va­te or extend its buil­dings and cam­pus. When neces­sa­ry, we estab­lish a space uti­li­sa­ti­on concept.

The pro­ject is par­ti­ci­pa­to­ry, and in order to assess the school´s needs accu­ra­te­ly we work with school­child­ren, par­ents, pedago­gues, offi­ci­als as well as anyo­ne invol­ved in the school´s activities.
It is important for us that the pro­cess con­nects the users´ wis­hes to the pos­si­bi­li­ties at hand, so that a suc­cessful imple­men­ta­ti­on is possible.

As a next step we draw up a fea­si­bi­li­ty stu­dy with a cost esti­ma­ti­on. The docu­ment can be used as a basis for the draf­ting of what needs to be plan­ned and built.
